Liver Cleansing Beet Juice

  • 1 Beet
  • 2 Kale Leave
  • 3 Celery Stalks
  • 5 Green Apples
  • ½ Lebanese Cucumber
  • ½ Lime
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 Thumb Fresh Ginger
  • 1" Pineapple
  • 3 Carrots
The liver is highly instrumental in the breakdown of fat. When you cleanse your liver, you help it promote the production of bile, which will in turn assist your body in metabolising fats. If you are trying to lose weight, then you should consider a liver cleanse.

 

Pine Lime Juice

Makes: Approx. 900ml

  • 1/3 Pineapple
  • 3 Green Apples
  • ½ Large Cucumber
  • 1 Handful Baby Spinach
  • ½ Lime
  • Add: 330ml Coconut Water

If you’ve never juiced before then this is a great recipe to get you started. It is sweet and easy on the taste buds. It is also a good base recipe so once you’ve mastered your new juicer you can start adding other fruits and vegetables such as beets, spinach, kale, cucumber or pineapple

 

Sweet Beet Cleanser

  • 2 Apples
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Orange
  • ¼ Pineapple
  • ½ Lemon
  • 2 Handfuls Baby Spinach
  • 5 Mint Leaves

Beet juice is the richest source of Dietary Nitrates. The body converts these Dietary Nitrates into Nitric Oxide through good bacteria in the mouth. This process can help open up the blood vessels in your body, increasing blood flow and oxygen specifically to places that are lacking oxygen. Workout Juice

  • 500gms Watermelon
  • 1 Large Cucumber
  • 1 Lime
  • 15 Mint Leaves

  • 1 Red Capsicum
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • ½ Cup Coriander
